Hi, I’m Kostya, VP of Data for Gen AI at Toloka. Our Senior Account Executive will be responsible for further driving the sales of Toloka's solutions to enterprise level clients in the US. You will be able to (and expected to) operate with a high level of independence, diving deeply into our product and engaging with our future customers, understanding their pain points and demonstrating our solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, while working closely with our solutions engineering, product and delivery teams to run pilot projects and demonstrations.   • In cooperation with the team, make a workable, realistic plan and target list to achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Network and engage with future customers, being able to understand their pain points and needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, seeking out further opportunities to work on more projects, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Form close collaborations with our product and engineering teams.
  • Manage seamless handover to our Customer Success Team during onboarding of new customers.
  • Keep yourself updated about trends and innovations in the industry, create meaningful topics for social media engagement and conference discussions, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.
  • Represent Toloka at industry events, conferences, webinars etc.
  • 5+ years experience in a complex tech environment, ML Ops, Data Platforms or very similar environments
  • Able to demonstrate a successful track record of technical sales into large scale companies on the US market. Ideally you will already have contacts and relationships with potential future customers of Toloka.
  • You should have a good general understanding of the AI/ML industry and understand the opportunities and innovations in the sector.
  • You’ll be a generally excellent communicator, able to convince people, handle objections and build strong relationships. You will be an experienced presenter, and negotiator. Skills.
