Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on their potential for conversion into clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for enterprise B2B SaaS is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
