Business Development Representative
POSITION OVERVIEW
At PointCentral, we are transforming how short-term rental property managers operate, allowing them to focus on enhancing guest experiences rather than managing routine administrative, operational, and maintenance tasks. Our smart home solutions provide owners and managers with secure, convenient, and resource-efficient technology designed specifically for the short-term rental market.
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth for our smart property technology product in the short-term rental market. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach methods to prospective customers. You will partner with an Account Executive for strategic opportunities (midlevel and Enterprise), while also being responsible for obtaining a book of business on other account profiles. You will leverage your expertise in Sales, IoT technology and/or the vacation rental vertical to articulate our value proposition to potential clients, conducting market analysis and competitive research to inform direct outreach and the sales process. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and a passion for transforming the rental experience through technology.
