Job Description

We are excited to announce that we have newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice’sDefence  team, located in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary role of defending Australia and its national interests, promoting security and stability, and supporting the Australian community as directed by the Government. 

We are looking for passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to support our clients to address critical challenges.

Our Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) team in the Transformation practice unlocks the value of data to provide actionable insights, and identifies how and where AI can be leveraged to deliver a capability advantage. We work across elements including:

  • Data mapping, transformation and migration​
  • Data strategy and platforms​
  • Reporting and data visualisation​
  • Gen AI and LLMs​
  • Advanced analytics / simulations

You may be already a consulting professional looking to grow your skills, someone involved in delivering outcomes for Government and Defence who wants to grow a career in the Defence sector, or a consultant looking to specialise in a specific discipline.

As a permanent member of our team, you’ll have the chance to develop your consulting skills and experience, and advance your career as a trusted advisor to Defence. You’ll also benefit from mentorship by industry leaders, helping you build on your existing expertise. 

We are seeking candidates for multiple roles who are at different stages of their consulting career, from Associate through to Director. 

As a Director, you will:

  • Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
  • Provides vision and direction for the team(s) you manage.
  • Sets and achieves strategic business targets.
  • Lead resource planning.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.

Additional Information
