The Role:
11:11 Solutions is experiencing tremendous global growth and is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to manage a territory of existing enterprise-level customer accounts throughout the U.S. Preferred candidates will have at least seven years of past experience in account management of cloud hosting, IT Services, Managed Services, SaaS, or virtualization software.
This is a full-time position based remotely from your home throughout the U.S. and reporting to our Director of Inside Sales in the Houston, TX headquarters.
What You'll Bring:
- Ensure frequent contact with customer base to uncover new opportunities and encourage upgrades and cross-sell other services
- Track expiring accounts and ensure all accounts are renewed upon expiration
- Develop a strong bond with your assigned accounts
- Handle all escalations, such as billing or support issues that are not resolved through normal channels, for your assigned accounts
- Ensure contacts with all assigned accounts are kept updated in CRM system
- Educate and evangelize 11:11 Solutions products to new contacts added to accounts
- Schedule and perform online presentations and demonstrations for existing accounts
- Manage and track all sales activities within CRM system
- All other duties as assigned
Who You Are & What You'll Do:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of sales and account management experience in IT software or services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Salesforce.com experience
- Ideal candidate is dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; customer service skills are key
- Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
