Description

Our team pioneers responsible generative AI in Home Lending. We operate across three pillars: Integration, Solutions, and Governance, with the aim of accelerating the integration of emerging AI tools while maintaining the guardrails required for enterprise innovation. 

As a Generative Artificial Intelligence Integration Lead in Home Lending, you will motivate employees to use AI on the job, deliver applied AI skill-building content and workshops, craft hands-on prototypes that demonstrate what is possible with emerging AI skills and tools, and cultivate a network of AI builders across the organization.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Drive usage of AI tools by employees through workshops, content, and interactive demos. 
  • Train and serve a cohort of certified AI practitioners throughout the business. 
  • Build functional generative AI prototypes while navigating the robust controls environment. 
  • Produce and manage content for our internal AI Hub. 
  • Partner with Governance, Business, and Tech teams. 
  • Research and test the latest tools and methods in the fast-changing world of AI. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 3+ years of experience helping businesses integrate emerging technology. 
  • Proven ability to self-educate on emergent technology and apply it in business contexts. 
  • Demonstrated experience crafting content and facilitating workshops that advance mindsets and skillsets in the workplace. 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • You have an ever-growing portfolio of AI projects you are working on. 
  • You are a thought leader on social media or in offline communities. 
  • You have built and scaled enablement or accelerator programs. 
  • You have a mix of experience across startups and enterprise. 
  • You are opinionated about what good looks like with flexibility about how we get there.
