    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators, and OEMs) to expand our sales network.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
    • Develop channel partner sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed.
    • Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics to management.
    • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners to monitor progress and address issues and opportunities.
    • Lead channel sales for our premium range of fire safety critical devices in the specification sector.
    • Collaborate effectively with fellow sales team members and report directly to the Sales Director.


Requirements

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the Robotics, security, or related Logistics warehousing and building safety industry.
    • Strong understanding of Robotics, life safety solutions, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Must have experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partnerships.
    • Hungry for new business with a consultative approach.
