About you
You are a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You are a problem solver. You have an innate desire to win. You take ownership of your team’s success. You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and executive KPI reporting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are in reporting YoY results to an executive team. You do everything with excellence and expect the same from your team. A creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting your numbers even when that means thinking outside the box and trying new approaches.

About the Role
This role reports to the national consumer sales team and is responsible for improving penetration of our fiberoptic broadband service nationally. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results for assigned national partners in our Cross Sell channels.
