Remote Client Communication Associate (Flexible, Upwork-Based)

Job Description

We are building a remote collaboration model for managing real client projects through freelance platforms such as Upwork. This role is designed for individuals who can support client communication in a flexible, low-time commitment structure.

Overview

In this role, you will participate in client-facing communication while all technical work and project execution are handled by an experienced developer. The model is simple, flexible, and suitable for individuals with full-time jobs or other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Join short client meetings (typically 15–30 minutes) when scheduled
• Communicate professionally with clients during calls
• Support basic coordination during discussions
• Attend pre-scheduled meetings based on your availability

Work Structure

• All projects are handled through Upwork (or similar platforms)
• Client payments are received through the partner’s Upwork account
• Work is not daily and only required when meetings are scheduled
• Meetings are arranged in advance based on your availability
• If unavailable, meetings can be rescheduled or handled separately

Compensation

• 30% revenue share from completed projects
• Performance-based earnings depending on project activity
