We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP, Global Sales to lead and expand our global sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and scaling our operations across multiple regions. You will play a crucial role in advancing our market position, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that our solutions reach their full potential in the IPTV & OTT market in the Telecommunications, Hospitality and Healthcare industries. Ideally, you have a deep understanding of at least one of these industries and existing relationships which can be leveraged in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Implement Hiboxβs global sales strategy to achieve our growth objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage the activities of the sales team across different regions, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet and exceed their sales targets Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets, leveraging your network and expertise to expand Hiboxβs global footprint.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that Hibox continues to deliver exceptional value.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the executive team. Use this data to adjust strategies and forecast future sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on global markets.
- Extensive experience in managing and scaling sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level SaaS solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global sales efforts.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
