The opportunity

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a talented cybersecurity professional to join a highly respected leader in their domain. In this key role, you will work closely with senior executives and technology groups, leveraging a successful cybersecurity track record to develop best practice security frameworks, polices and procedures to transform and uplift the organisation's security posture. Leveraging you security background, you will be responsible for administering security controls, as well as managing major incident response plans, simulations and teams.

Joining an experienced team of cyber security professionals you will bring a collaborative, delivery-focused approach. This role would suit a cyber security specialist who is seeking a purposeful role and be rewarded with vast career enhancing opportunities.

What are we looking for?

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following mandatory skills:

• 4+ years of experience in cyber security in a complex, enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of Network, Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud
• Ability to influence and develop relationships with executive management
• Advanced hands-on experience in security standards including NIST, Essential 8, ISO 27001, ASD, OWASP, ISM. VPDSS
• Strong experience in supporting projects including IAM, PAM, MFA, DLP\
• Hands-on experience in designing cyber security principles, frameworks, tools, policies, incident management
• Experience in leading major incident response teams (mandatory)
• Experience working in complex, large-scale environments
• Excemplary communication and senior stakeholder management skills
