🚨 URGENT HIRING | Full Stack Java Developer | w2 position

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, MongoDB, and Kubernetes/OpenShift to join a long-term project.

Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (Hybrid)

⏳ Duration: 18+ Months (Possibility of extension or conversion)

Experience: 10+ Years in Java Development

🛂 Work Authorization: US Citizens & Green Card Holders Only

Note: Local candidates only.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Frontend development experience with React.
  • Experience with MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift (OCP) / Kubernetes.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

  • .NET development background is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Pega or IBM BPM experience is required.
  • Experience with AI prompting; developing AI-related playbooks is a plus.

Interview Process:

  • First round: 1-hour virtual interview with the RTM (afternoon availability preferred).
  • Second round: Panel interview covering technical and behavioral skills.
