Scope of Activities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s Robotics Platform and its functionalities
  • Engage with clients in both technical pre- and post-sales activities to ensure Robotics adoption
  • Develop automation workflows with Robotics Studio
  • Become an evangelist of Robotics by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solutioning
  • Learn and utilize new exciting technologies and how they integrate with Robotics
  • Identify opportunities to expand the Robotics ecosystem of assigned client(s)
  • Gather project requirements for integration with partner products
  • Provide support to internal teams, as well as customers/partners’ Implementation teams, as they’re involved in assigned projects
  • Develop and document workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs
  • Implement internal automations to improve enterprise business processes
  • Deliver online and onsite trainings to customers
  • Establish and maintain development/consulting best practices

 

Supervisory activities: Mentoring junior consultants in RPA, Consultative skills, environment management, code testing, coaching on subject matter expertise in healthcare



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in RPA programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
  • Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is a must
  • Previous experience and demonstrated deep knowledge of Pega Robotics platform and its tools (previously called OpenSpan) required. 
  • Previous experience with working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% - locations below
  • Skills required: process minded, excellent presentation and communication skills
  • RPA Developer Advanced Certification is a strongly preferred
