Event Support: Accompany robots during rentals at events, ensuring optimal performance, providing on-site monitoring, and safeguarding the equipment throughout the event. Should have the physical strength to safely lift and carry robots during setup and transport.
Maintenance & Support: Maintain robots in excellent working condition, conduct regular cleaning, assist with logistics, and support delivery operations. Assist the Innovation Manager in conducting repairs and promptly report any technical issues on-site to enable quick resolution and ensure smooth functioning.
Performance Testing: Conduct robot testing and hardware diagnostics to ensure optimal functionality. Document test procedures and results, identify faults, and assist in troubleshooting. Provide basic setup support and report complex issues to the Innovation Manager for further resolution.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins. Provide accurate information, deliver product demonstrations when required, and ensure timely handling of sales inquiries by coordinating with the relevant team.
